Really all I need to from a customer service viewpoint. #### Cons Limitation on software to capture real time $ values of products for international shipping. Customers love the option to access inventory and can also do some of their own editing. It has been such a big impact to our company in regards to time and efficiency from order pick to, inventory and invoicing. #### Cons It would be good to give customer more access to edit or create items through the import template. In some ways it is good that the warehouse can get help if the Vendor/customer is willing to do so, especially in the HOT months. The system allows for overriding inventory when picking/packing, which can lead to errors. It was also glitchy at times.
