Pros
- The system to be user friendly which is being Microsoft based and will the system keep up with ever evolving world of logistics. Reporting and EDI/API integration.
- Some modules are pretty solid and well done such as Data Interface, Communication Manager, TMS and Billing.
Cons
- Also some of the training material is outdated ie: training guide shows a certain field name but in the system the field name has changed which becomes confusing.
- The out of the box version of the software is extremely basic with very limited features and terrible documents.
Pros
- Well designed screens, excellent processes, excellent support, excellent tutorial section, speedy timing on requested projects with great follow up.
- We like the ability to add locations, specific customer features and other customer specific scripts. EDI integration with our customers has been an important feature.
Cons
- Although, I have seen other WMS that are much worse at this than Da Vinci.
- There are few glitches that occur in the system but it rarely happens. When it does occur it is hard to pinpoint the issue as it has to be duplicated which more times than not it cannot be done.
