Pros
- The Point of Sale offers many great features like the quick access tabs and return of sales.
- I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.
Cons
- This is not efficient and is time-consuming. QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order.
- Learning the software was not the easiest. There are some limitations with the package we bought.
Pros
- Well designed screens, excellent processes, excellent support, excellent tutorial section, speedy timing on requested projects with great follow up.
- We like the ability to add locations, specific customer features and other customer specific scripts. EDI integration with our customers has been an important feature.
Cons
- Although, I have seen other WMS that are much worse at this than Da Vinci.
- There are few glitches that occur in the system but it rarely happens. When it does occur it is hard to pinpoint the issue as it has to be duplicated which more times than not it cannot be done.
