  • Pros

  • A great software, reliable and very easy to use. We Highly recommend it to any one looking for a scheduling software.
  • Appointment plus has been great. Our team has really grown fond with it, and have built it up more to help with everyday tracking of not only loads, but receiving information needed.
  • Easy to navigate from the patient perspective, relatively easy to setup and great customer service. Reports can all be done in excel which is great.
  • Cons

  • I think the main downside is the pricing as it is a bit higher than its competitors. There are problems with calendar sync as well.
  • The new update can be really frustrating. Especially on an android it times out really quick.
  • Some features are hard to find. If someone did not receive training on the product they would not be able to figure out how to use it on their own.

  • They way you book for a service is very good, the dashboards they have are very good on the system. The system provides an insight snapshot to what is going on today which is great.
  • I like your personalized attention and that your response has made me feel valued as a customer and gives me the confidence that I am supported at all times.
  • You can favorite the places you frequent so it's easy to access exactly where you want to book. I like the flexibility and it helps that you can use it on your phone as well as computer.
  • Cons

  • This system is a constant source of grief. It double charges clients all the time, they say they are "trying" to get it to stop, meanwhile I get a dozen furious calls a week from clients who complain.
  • It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.
  • Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.
