Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and train people. Strong customer support. Small enough, so they know their customers and specific needs. Staff is long-term and consistent.

  • Great feature set and quite customizable. Has most of what you need to run a company

  • Cons

  • sometimes the program crashes and we have to tell our IT to fix it

  • it does freeze sometimes so if it freezes in the middle of something you have to start over

  • Pros

  • Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

  • I like that it's customizable and easy to use.

  • Cons

  • There are editing issues at times, they have been improved since we started using the product so it has become less annoying then when we started but there are still some minor issues.

  • It does take the documents (depending on the size) a while to load sometimes. So I wish that was a bit quicker, but once it has loaded you can navigate through it with no problems.
