Pros/Cons
Pros
- At the time it was only average but I know they've come a long way and have made great progress since then. I would recommend them alone for the great customer service I had.
- Centralized location for important contractual agreements; the approval / signature process is wonderful.
- It has a great variety of predesigned templates, very efficient and very easy to use. Excellent for controlling contracts with clients,it has a very fast and understandable interface.
Cons
- The lack of support with implementation, the length of time to correct new errors caused by system updates, the amount of time required to customize templates and workflows.
- Conga is unethical and has no culture of customer service.
- It had a learning curve, and was still difficult to duplicate and reproduce documents.
Pros
- The training materials are very good. Best of all, the email notifications help us meet notification, renewal, and other key dates.
- It has all of the functionality we need at a great price. I feel that the platform is continuing to improve and customer service has been great about asking for features that I would like to see.
- It was very easy to set up and roll out to all our different departments. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible.
Cons
- Before using ContractSafe, I would miss contract expiration dates and get trapped into another contract through auto renewal.
- Maybe it could be a little difficult to use in the first place.
- Think improvements could be made to speed up the work of those who spend hours a day in CS. AI is very poor and never used.
