Pros/Cons
Pros
- The support team is amazing and the ability to use where ever you have an internet connection is very helpful.
- Sony is very pleased with the support and service we have received from Novatus and very pleased with the tool.
- Our overall experience with Conga Contracts has been positive. The intuitive interface and comprehensive contract management features make it a great tool for streamlining contract processes.
Cons
- The lack of support with implementation, the length of time to correct new errors caused by system updates, the amount of time required to customize templates and workflows.
- Conga is unethical and has no culture of customer service.
- It had a learning curve, and was still difficult to duplicate and reproduce documents.
Pros
- All of the analyst we worked with were great and were very helpful through each phase of the projects.
- Solochain WMS is a world class, fully featured and easily customized software. The architecture fit perfectly into our complex business model and its ease of use was easily adapted by all our staff.
- We are most impressed by the exceptional inventory management and traceability features of this software.
Cons
- At first, the version we were using was missing logic for maintaining the database performance.
- Since integrations are not built in this makes the upgrade process very time consuming and costly. In my experience it does not happen often due the complexity.
- Integrations to ERP and business systems is complex and costly. You cannot access the code of Generix WMS and thus must use their team for much of this process.
