At the time it was only average but I know they've come a long way and have made great progress since then. I would recommend them alone for the great customer service I had.

Each change comes with the removal or addition of features, but there isn't much of a warning or notice to let you know. I've lost whole documents before without any explanation.

If you need higher level assistance, Apttus support is very responsive and helpful. Apttus allows your legal team to save money by reducing the amount of time it takes to draft or review contracts.

What before required the use of numerous on-line systems and phone calls to vendors and many hours of time per seek, can now be accomplished in one place, with a time savings of 25.

Worst, though, is that they're charging customers for it - and telling vendors that their account is free.

I hate Ariba and I will have plenty of reasons to justify this. First, this was not designed to be user friendly or intuitive at all.

Roll out was shaky and the learning curve was a bit steep for a number of our users.

Really hate this service, especially since it was pushed on to us, and now we are forced to pay money in order to get our money.

Having worked before with SAP ERP exclusively, coming into Ariba is a fresh breath of air. The UI looks very nice compared to SAP GUI.

It didn't take that long for me to learn and understand how to use this software. It's very easy and straightforward.

The best about this software is that it is very easy to create requisitions with this and once it goes through the approval process get converted to Purchase Order to be sent to the supplier/vendor.

Customization of business processes can be difficult, since this is a Software as a Service.

They're great at selling this 'service' to customers, so prepare yourself, as a vendor, to have your 'free' standard account upgraded to a paid account without your permission.

Customer support is terrible - and we need to call them EVERY TIME we need to process an invoice in the platform.

The user interface is attractive and easy to use, and it is cloud-based, enabling all parties involved in the operations to get the best fit for their services.

At first it can be hard to navigate the system and get everything set up.

As my company SAP heavy so one thing generally I like about this product is it is smoothly integrated with my existing SAP product.

I get what Ariba is trying to achieve but it hurts small businesses.

There has to be a way to waive charges for small businesses.

Sometimes there are issues with the invoices when they get submitted by the customers, which cause delay in getting them paid.

They would then be sent to the correct team of our client for review and easy approval.

Prompt Assistance is needed form the support Team is needed especially on assisting the supplier who has troubles with registration in  SAP Ariba.

They get paid on both ends of the transaction - even though we're transacting through Ariba under protest.

Very easy to use and understand. It makes managing the approval of invoices really easy.

Overall experience has been good with Ariba. Its a good tool to manage procurement and purchasing/invoicing needs from suppliers and vendors.

With the help of Ariba we are able to manage the internal and external payments and are able to easily interact with the client in financially terms.

Once you get all your properties, services and vendors setup, you will save so much time and have control over your service contracts.
