Sometimes it shows "ordered" for the status and took forever to ship even though it got delivered already. I tried their service for one simple month in July 2025, subscribed only to the small monthly plan, then paused my account. Months later, when I logged in to cancel it completely, I discovered that they had withdrawn an outrageous amount of 248.70 USD—for an annual plan I never accepted. I was shocked and disgusted. I immediately canceled my account to avoid more charges, and now I can’t even log in to discuss the issue with them. This situation feels dishonest, stressful, and extremely frustrating. I need this money back urgently. The concept looked simple and useful when I tried dropshipping for one month back in July 2025. That’s it. #### Cons Absolutely everything else. They charged me a huge annual fee I NEVER agreed to, even though my subscription was paused, and I had only subscribed to the smallest monthly plan. They withdrew 248.70 USD without my consent, without warning, and without any way to contact real support. So far so good, we are using AutoDS to connect with wholesalers that we can work with to sell items to customers via a dropshipping model. We have yet to launch so can't comment on the order tracking and fulfilment side of things, but will do so when we begin. #### Cons Like any software, it takes time to get used to the features that are available. I noticed one set of instructions for how to add in variants seems to be out of date. I found the option to do this within the shop settings but have yet to see it in the product import option within the software. Maybe this could be looked at for future enhancements #### Reasons for choosing AutoDS Ease of use, better range of suppliers and their customer service. #### Reasons for switching to AutoDS Whilst Spocket was less expensive, their interface was a little bit hard to navigate, and their range of suppliers for the goods we are looking to sell is very limited. AutoDS has connected us with a better range of wholesalers and a cleaner and easier to use interface that, once we get used to it, will make life very easy for us. I did initially have reservations about the cost of using AutoDS, and even requested a cancellation of the free trial. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] from the support team did give me the option to cancel, but also convinced me to reconsider, even going so far as to credit us with 100 store credits. A very generous offer. After a couple of days of working through how to use the software, I am now much more comfortable with it and I am sure it will become an invaluable part of our business model. #### Vendor response Hi David! Despite AutoDS's claims of monitoring updates multiple times per day, there are significant discrepancies where items show as in stock on AutoDS but are out of stock or differently priced at the supplier. This has led to numerous unfulfillable orders and financial losses. Customer service responses are repetitive, templated, and not solution-oriented, even after extensive communication (over 90 emails related to one issue). No incentive was offered It’s takes 24-48 hours for them to respond. Now Shopify has frozen my account because I haven’t paid the bill, I explained I would not because it is t correct and I have proven it behind a reasonable doubt on my end, now it’s their turn. Another issue with AutoDS is they are understaffed. I had four orders come in and usually tracking is sent within 24 hours. None of these orders updated so I had to contact them and they had an instant reply that due to being busy with Amazon they weren’t providing tracking and wouldn’t say when they would respond. One order was two days late arriving for Facebook marketplace. You only have 7 days once the order comes in. I finally got the numbers and one item had already been delivered. It is one thing after another. I am new and trying to scale my business and am two months into it. I can’t imagine how things will go in the future if I got busy. AutoDS did offer to give me a free trial for 30 days for their subscription but that is $47, what about the $119 I can’t get cleared. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros They have great ideas on how to automate orders, shipping, customer service, ease of finding items to sale. #### Cons Where to start lol. I signed up in April at the beginning of the month. After my trial ended the AutoDS site had me sign up for the monthly subscription. All was going good and now I wanted to add the Facebook marketplace add on to help populate my store and to sale on marketplace. I added it to my account, go charged and then nothing. It didn’t work. I was told that since I signed up for AutoDS on Shopify I would have to cancel that account and sign up again because it wouldn’t work for some reason. The next month I did that. I paid for the monthly of $47, $35 for Facebook, $8 for auto order, and had some auto order credits that they require to send our orders to them automatically. So now I have paid for April and May, the two months I had been on Shopify and AutoDS. In between this, I received my bill from Shopify for $213, $79 was for Shopify and it showed $119 for AutoDS. I emailed AutoDS and didn’t get an answer so I emailed Shopify. (Not to mention neither of these companies have a customer service number you can talk directly to.) Shopify responded and said they didn’t know what the charges were for and asked me if I would like them to help me resolve this. This process was started on April 26, 2022. Today is May 31 and it is not resolved. I showed receipts for where I paid for both months along with the bill showing I’ve only been on two months but that isn’t enough. AutoDS and Shopify both are dragging their feet. Their chat is always offline. #### Reasons for choosing AutoDS They seemed to be great with all their automatic stuff. No incentive was offered Being a naive tiktok watcher I decided to check out dropshipping as a second income. After signing up for the free trial I felt confident to look around to see what was offered, following the instructions of a guide to make sure i was setting everything up right for my dropshipping store tk be created. The only email i received for my subscription to their services was the free trial. So when paypal started showing charges for annual subscriptions totalling over $800 CAD. I panicked and scrambled to take everything down as fast as I could. I contacted everyone. AutoDS and paypal to try to get the charges cancelled or refunded for something I never wanted. All thw while still only having an agreement in my possession of the free trial. Because i contacted everyone, AutoDS could only refund one transaction, minus 15%. Losing me about $70 CAD with one charge. While paypal closed the case after I could not provide the agreement for the other, since I only had the free trial agreement. $520 CAD, from one charge, I am having to pay for something I did not end up using at all. AutoDS is refusing to help me get anything from it back, since I cannot provide paypal with an agreement. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about trying AutoDS to not connect anything to it. A few hours and you could be out $800+ with no way to help yourself out of it. And the saddest thing, is begging a company to do the same as they did with the other charge and take 15%. 15% is more than one month, when it was merely hours, before running as far away from their site as I could. No incentive was offered I had signed up with them around 10 days back and so far AutoDS has proven to be a waste of time, effort and lacks support.1. I noticed that for some of the items one variation is missing so for example if a product had 4 variations - only 3 will get imported to WooCommerce. I was told that i should regenerate the token and resync and wait for 2 hours for things to update. Nothing changed and issue still persists.2. A few days back started seeing error HTTPConnectionPool(host=scrapper-api-3...... Complained about it and the support took 3 days to resolve this issue. The issue comes as soon as items are imported in to draft.3. Then the very same day i started getting a new error where i was unable to push any products from draft to my store. Below is the error message in shortProduct import to your store(s) has failed. Error making PUT request... in short issue with scraping pictures from source to target location.This is still unresolved and i even thought that this might be happening due to Cloudflare since we use it for security and reliability. I had asked the support to please let me know if i can whitelist your IPs and it might be CF blocking something. I've raised multiple tickets and nobody is able to resolve my issue.
