AP solution
Great All round product. Easy implementation and ticks all the boxes. Sales staff were honest and open during scoping so did not get any unexpected suprises during implementation

Its not something I am involved in.
PROSWe have enjoyed success with EDI Acknowledgments and are looking to onboard other suppliers with this solution. We also continue to onboard other suppliers on EDI Implementation and the opportunities this lead to for Rexel.
CONSFor us getting the data alignment of validation is often the hardest piece. Issues with supplier resource and things not right when we are testing old data etc causes issues.

B2BE Review
B2BE has improved our process overall and made the approval of invoices easier. There are still some items that we would like improved to make month end analysis also run more efficiently.
PROSB2BE is easy to use and teach. Initially B2BE approval work flow was not compatible with our controls. It took 1 year to implement the system.
CONSthese are some of the things I have asked for in the system: having the ability to extra more data from the software for analysis THe dashboard has no useful functionality, you can drill down into anything the bottom notes section requirement need to be removed the invoice search sometimes doesnt provide all invoices, some search features do not work

Take your business one step ahead.
Overall experience is good uptil now as i am having all the reason to love this tool.
PROSMost liked feature is files sharing as in this product both supplier and buyer can share the files such as invoices,pdf,etc makes easier to keep track of process.
CONSThere is as such nothing that i did not like in this product everything so far is good.
