The product is flexible and integrates with most of the key software tools and providers we need to use to run our business. Cons: The biggest challenge we experienced with BlueCherry was shifting to exception based rules to run our core business functionalities. Our previous software was quite limited, and as a result nearly all processes were hands on. With BlueCherry, we are able to create rule sets to automate a tremendous amount of our day to day processes, and only to catch and address exception cases. This required a big shift in our mindset , and some challenges in setting up optimal rules for our operations. Once in place, however, these functions became much more automatic.
