  • Pros

  • I have learned a great deal from them and look forward to working with them in the future. The management and executive teams are approachable and responsive.
  • This is big plus, as they are supporting additional modules within BlueCherry and not custom-built integrations to external systems for things like PLM, EDI, AWS, etc.
  • Cons

  • Some features are difficult to implement without guidance from CGS. When setting up any new functionality, identifying all the underlying tables and links can be cumbersome.
  • It is nearly impossible to decipher 860 change notices when sent via Mi9 and authorized and sent to the vendor via EDI. We nearly always request that they generate a new PO.

  • I love utilizing the iPad for my trendy boutique, and I love the inventory system. The fact that this POS system was created by former boutique owners is evident in the detail and ease of use.
  • It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
  • Cons

  • I struggle with the bluetooth scanners connecting to our store iPads - however this is not a Springboard Retail issue. This is a problem with the hardware & hardware technology.
  • Every complaint I have has been addressed - occasionally I will request a feature or a metric (Inventory Turn!) that is not available now - and for the most part I have seen them implemented.
