Platform needs improvement issue is HR responsiveness some places needs to gear up which would greatly improve the overall experience. 2.Feedback on candidate rejection should be clearly shared. It Helps us to work more better gives more clarity to pick right profile. 3. Job descriptions should have locations same on header and Mandatory skills. Providing this information will improve clarity and help avoid confusion during the hiring process. 4.Please share the reason for candidate rejection. Some places we unable to see. In my experience, very few platforms provide this kind of dedicated support and valuable guidance from their managers. #### Cons If we want to submit a candidate’s resume for a suitable role, but their profile was already submitted long back, we are unable to proceed because the resume is marked as a duplicate.
