We're still in the very preliminary set-up phase, but so far it's been fantastic.

The integration with Word is great, along with the audit trail for documents going through the system, and the e-signature feature is a must.

Excellent and cost-effective solution. If you are looking for a simple  and quick solution to get your contracts signed digitally, then you are all covered.

Concord and Salesforce integration is amazing.

When documents are uploaded to Concord, the formatting is a disaster.

The easy access of the website which is very intuitive. Various documents an be upload and easyly signed.

We love the way it invites outside third parties to the system. Some issues with new features, but worked out with customer service response and fast corrections.

Overall we are very satisfied with Concord. We have about 20 users at this moment and everybody has had a positive experience so far.

An amazing tool to manage contracts and the digital signing process. At this time I do not have a need to use this many times each month and did not want to spend a lot of money.

It makes it difficult to quickly sign-off on contracts when I'm on the go and not at a desktop.

Formatting is a challenge, sometimes the formatting geeks out and it makes it look bad.

I love the aesthetic component of Concord. The interface is clean-looking, easy to understand, and pleasing to the eye.

Concord is a versatile, economical, user-friendly document management tool. All the members of our small  corporate legal department use Concord extensively on a daily basis.

It works only for signed documents. Customers are often confused and don't know how to fill and sign documents.

I loved that I can save templates of our contracts and that it keeps track of our signed and completed contracts and I don't have to store them locally.

My experience with Costpoint has been a very positive experience. The customer support is always very efficient and helpful with any bump in the road I have ever encountered.

Reporting Feature a little difficult for me to manage.

I have to back out 30 PR's right now but wanted to say how absolutely awful this software is.

It has been interesting to use Costpoint as an MRP system in our business, with the learning curve we are slowly adjusting, but enjoying the software.

Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old  CP versions.

The system takes a long time to learn and is difficult to navigate.

It is an easy system to use and little training to be able to know how to use (very user friendly).

Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.

Very easy to use and easy to learn’ very robust system from the beginning of a project all the way to the end.

And then there's the Expense module in costpoint, oh my. I have no idea what I'm looking at sometimes.

I like the display for the calendar, it is easy to add a new line for additional hours billed and keep track all hours. I also think it is easy to navigate the branching time charge.

Easy to track your hours worked and if they were approved or not. Also the feature of used/unused leave balance is really helpful.

Click on random looking glass icon or square faded blue icons and search, leave codes -- search through layered menus and then figure out what to add.

Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).

My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.
