The No Frills VMS that does it all
It has been a great experience. The SW does everything we need it to and has saved us a ton of time. They are extremely responsive when we need something.
PROSIt has a simple and straightforward interface that any user can figure out in minutes. Email notifications with links directly to items requiring attention like time and expense approvals or proposals and approvals make it easy. It works right on my phone as well. If we need a change they do it in hours rather than waiting months. My finance team loves it.
CONSIf you need a system to manage large spend levels, complex organizations, multiple geographies/languages etc. or want fancy reporting Conexis isn't for you.
Reason for choosing Conexis VMS
We have less than $10M in spend. Conexis demonstrated that they are specialists in smaller spend levels. They did implementation for no cost and we were up an running in two weeks. Pricing was comparable.

The best VMS system I have used.
Conexis has opened our business and provided us with opportunities we would never have had before. The program admins all the way to the executive team have been nothing shy of amazing and our partnership with Conexis will be one that will continue to grow as we do.
PROSOne of the features I thoroughly enjoy within Conexis VMS is the ability to assign profiles with specific purposes (i.e Finance Profiles, Supplier Profile, Proposer Profile) The ability to set limitations and provide access to specific users allows us to give access based on individual functions rather than giving admin access to everyone.
CONSThe integration into our business was easy, the cost is negligible, and the team has been phenomenal so there are no complaints on our end.

The choice was simple, we chose Conexis VMS based on the product and the team that ran it. We are strong believers in supporting our vendors and Conexis VMS is one that we stand behind.

Review for Conexis VMS
Our experience using Conexis VMS has been excellent and the feedback as well from our finance and recruitment teams has been nothing but positive regarding the ease of use and ability to run reports/data. Overall our organization is a big proponent of the Conexis VMS software.
PROSI have used a number of VMS tools over the years and I found Conexis easy to navigate and is very user friendly. Support was always responsive and very helpful. The time tracking and approval is straight forward to use for both the end client and consultant. Requisition tracking and candidate submission is also well thought out and extremely seamless.
CONSAt this stage I haven't really run into any issues with the software.
