Pros
- The ability to have full transparency into our Contract Data. I also enjoy how we are able to customize almost all of our fields to accommodate the constantly changing regulatory environment.
- It has a great variety of predesigned templates, very efficient and very easy to use. Excellent for controlling contracts with clients,it has a very fast and understandable interface.
Cons
- Lack of access to training materials; response time of support when there are system errors.
- The design of the toolbar response and time it takes for enhancement requests. Constant Account rep changes and limited communication.
Pros
- The immediate responses to any issues I was unfamiliar with or questions I had were always answered very quick. I'm glad the rep kept checking in and giving me time to try Freightview.
- Ease of deployment and set up with multiple sites and training ease.
Cons
- I really don't like the fact that if I make a mistake on the first page, it forces me to go back and reenter all of the information again.
- Get both emails and updates on quotes online. It can get a little confusing if you have a few quotes going on at the same time.
