Pros/Cons
Pros
- The customer service is wonderful and I received excellent live training from my instructor Richard. Brad has also been available from the very beginning of our business relationship.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
- What I love most about Cobblestone is the ease it brings to managing my contracts and how quickly I was able to adopt it as a way of administering them.
Cons
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
- After implementation they are only a phone call or e-mail away and are more than willing to assist with any questions or problems that may come up.
- I inherited the contracts management for my company. I refused to manage contracts using tons of spreadsheets.
Pros
- The ease of use, and the capabilities to quickly share anything with any group necessary. Also helpful to access important documents while traveling.
- Easy to use, easy to navigate, well worth the money for any business to correct and store documents. I have been a user and a person to recommend this for small business.
- Our experience has always been positive. They are responsive to our requests.
Cons
- It goes down A LOT, which incredibly frustrating and inconvenient when you rely on it daily for work.
- There are severe page restrictions on what can be sent at a time. It is a lengthy process to scan multi-page documents having to wait for batches before you to send first.
- But, when it doesn't work, it is really difficult to fix.
