Currently we have over 1300 vendors, and almost 500 contracts.  We no longer have to worry about missing any deadlines, whether we are renewing or terminating a contract, nor do we have to micro-manage contracts that have auto-renew clauses where it can be stressful if you miss a notice to terminate deadline, ContractNow takes all this on, and so more for us.   Every step of the way, the ContractNow Team has been there for us, listening to our needs, understanding our goals, and making sure what we want is integrated into our program. The graphs and charts on the dashboard are impressive; at a glance, depending on the user’s permissions, they can see what is due now all the way through the end of the year by viewing a bar graph, or clicking on it and it will take the user to the list of contracts that need attention.

Overall the experience with ContractNow meets the needs of the business as wew look to upload all suppliers to the system in order to have total supplier management of contracts. This is an excellent system giving overall sight of all contracts within the group.

Uploading bulk suppliers is very easy using the supplier autobuild function. Customising areas which are important ot the business allows us to run reports based on our own criteria rather than standard production. Being able to log insurances and reminders gives us confidence that our suppliers are in check.

Customisation can be a tad clunky when needing to make changes. There can be a little duplication when setting up a new contracts within a supplier. Downloading volumes of contracts and files per supplier can be very manual if required for reference or legal challenges.
