They have a great product and are very responsive to suggestions and support issues. They are constantly working to make improvements to the product based on experience and client requests. We have had opportunities to switch to other platforms, but at the end of the day, because Damage ID is so eager to provide an amazing product, there is no reason to leave. Everyone at Damage ID is so personally invested in making this the best platform, both on a user level and a personal level, it feels like family.
