Need to find a way to restrict the double brokers - one review left they get cut.

The ease of posting available loads that I know for certain will be seen by quality carriers.

I don’t like the fact that the rates for the lanes are not included in the packages.

They have tons of loads everyday and are good quality.

Average rates are always wayyy different from actual spot rates, I wish all brokers would be forced to put loading times in notes to quit wasting my time.

I love the ability to base my pricing on the market average. See analytics and leverage that knowledge to be more competitive in the market place.

Love the interface and ease of accessibility. Love that rate view price averages are shown during the load posting.

When you do truck or load search it sometimes has odd results.

I also like that I can search within a 400+ miles radius of any location. I love the directory that allows you to read reviews on brokers/carriers.

Making load searches is easy and more lucrative than other boards I use.

I like the customization, easy to use easy commands.

The navigation and filter process is really easy. This helps when im trying to find specific loads.

I love how it's easy too search for what you want specifically with the equipment location, deadhead, and weight.

From the first time I ever seen a load board DAT has been my best friend. It has been easy to use, integrate, learn, and problem solve.

I like that I can find all my loads on this board. I also like that it is user friendly.

Multiple posts, cannot easily repeat and have to start over each time - loads expire too quickly.

The vast amount of features are great. Can get overwhelming at times but integrations with quick books and ELD providers is neat.

PCS is easy to use and maneuver around, we are able to only have to use 1 tool to get all of our trucking needs done.

Also it enabled our employees  to work from home when needed. Great for asset building trucking companies such as ours.

Sometimes very complicated how to change my errors as I am new to this job and learned alot at once.

Very simple and you can interact with both accounts, in our case,  and it helps you to integrate almost everything in a single page but with many options to use.

Ease of use is awesome and the Integration with Omnitracs and EFS Fuel System is a plus.

What i liked most was the simplicity of the system but yet efficient.

Dispatch management works as good as any TMS we reviewed during our search for a TMS system. Their support is good at providing work around procedures for software shortcomings.

Hard to use multiple windows at once. Only lets you sometimes do one at a time.

PCS has great price points compared to other software.

The easy access to training videos. The ability to navigate throughout the program with ease.

This software is very easy to use. I like how the Accounting reports are pretty easy to understand and compare to previous periods.

Language barrier was difficult to train some of our staff.

Difficult to learn everything. So much piled in to each tab.

The feature I like the best is the one that allows the loads and trips to flow through to the accounting side with one click drill down.

The downside is the UI interface. It looks a little dated and also the fact that it can only be used on Window computers and not native on MacOS.

Customer support is very poor, we are using it overseas and facing slow response.

Driver Payroll layout I liked most, because you can use it for 1099 and other purpose. That's most important thisng in trucking at the end of year calculation taxation.

It is virtually two systems in one. We are pleased with PCS Software and would recommend them to potential new customers.

They do an excellent job...all staff is very satisfied.

We work with the same carriers on a daily basis and have to enter their pay percentage for every load.

Overall we are satisfied with PCS. Support issues are generally resolved in a timely manner.

Trailer relocation is a pain. Have to keep manually moving trailers.

This software is such a great solution for us as an asset based Trucking Company.
