Pros/Cons
Pros
- Some of the features I enjoy the most about Dear, is the ease of use, and how everything is simply laid out, and easy to understand.
- Simple to understand and very good integration with other software. Video tutorials were excellent for someone who understands ERP and wants to implement a solution very quickly.
- The system is very user friendly and the support team is awesome. They are eager to help and always come through.
Cons
- The one thing we have trouble with is that it seems to troubleshoot every few months and stops synching our orders which we only notice a few days later.
- New situation, shipstation integration just stopped working. Submitted a ticket with the error details and steps to reproduce.
- I have to struggle to find a fault, really. I am sure there could be something, but I have yet to find it.
Pros
- The features for tasking are useful and easy to work with. The knowledge base covers almost every topic and support is responsive, friendly and helpful.
- I like the ability to assign tasks to my team members easily. I like the extension and the ability to turn what is on my screen into a task.
- Tracking tasks on projects are top of the line with this software. Reporting and additional features are constantly improving but much better than Microsoft Projects or Smartsheet.
Cons
- We killed email communication pertaining to project work completely. Nobody is allowed to communicate requests for work in email.
- I thought this was a computer issue on my end, but other users talked about the same problem, so I would assume it's something Teamwork should look into.
- This is always a deal-breaker for me, whenever the estimated time to setup and start using a product is long I am discouraged in using it.
