Pros
- Of the solutions we reviewed, DEAR best met all of these requirements, and we have been pleased with its performance.
- The thing I love most about Dear is the ease of moving inventory between all of our 3PL's, manufacturers, and customers.
- Simple to understand and very good integration with other software. Video tutorials were excellent for someone who understands ERP and wants to implement a solution very quickly.
Cons
- The one thing we have trouble with is that it seems to troubleshoot every few months and stops synching our orders which we only notice a few days later.
- New situation, shipstation integration just stopped working. Submitted a ticket with the error details and steps to reproduce.
- I have to struggle to find a fault, really. I am sure there could be something, but I have yet to find it.
Pros
- InventoryCloud is an amazing product. The implementation with the team at WASP was seamless.
- Its amazing and worth recommending to everyone. Web based inventory cloud system helps in real time tracking and efficient supply chain management of all our official assets.
- Ease of use with the navigation also assisted in quick adoption by the team with very less resistance to the change. Great solution at an affordable price.
Cons
- Its own reports will not balance to its exports, items will come up missing. Importing data is near useless.
- It is a bit difficult to muddle through at the beginning, I would suggest paying extra to have them set it up.
- It was hard getting the software up and running.
