One of the best Job Boards

I'm using dice for almost 15+ years now. This is one of the best job boards in the market, I would say a prime player. Very user friendly and very organized. Dice team is adding many advance features to make it more easy to work with. Over the years It has improved & added lot of user friendly features making it more easy to navigate.

Pros

Job Posting, resume database & resume search

Cons

There should a filter to avoid duplicate candidate profiles as lot of bench sales people upload multiple profiles for same candidate.

Easy to use, Provides email alerts and also available as mobile app.

Pros

Candidates with IT technologies are more available as compared to non-IT technologies. Working with both IT technologies and non-IT technologies candidates are easy. Many features like jobs from one of the biggest company, Mobile app, etc makes Dice best platform to search and hire jobs.

Cons

Candidates for non-IT technologies are less available. Limited Job opportuinty for both non-IT and IT candidates.
