My needs are simpler than your app requires. Sometimes View PO will not come up.

I use PO's weekly and it's nice to be able to log on and create a PO with ease.

Digital Purchase Order is a properly working software, which fullfils all the needs to control committed costs. I like the easy handling.

There are frequent times when the software stops working and appears to go down without notice. These are typically fixed quickly, however it is still an inconvenience.

The success of DPO is significant for the fast moving innovative digitalization in the industry.

We are still building it out to get the most out of it. But so far, we are extremely happy with it and looking forward to getting further down the road with it to fully utilize its features.

I've used Digital Purchase Order for one year and it has been great. It's very user-friendly and the representative has given great and prompt customer service any time I've needed help.

Only feature missing is full integration with accounting software, which is impossible at the price. So considering the price, it's a perfect system.

The limitations on how many people can utilize the program is frustrating.

I would highly recommend this software, it has very good functionality at a very competitive price.

Fits perfectly into the system we tried to create. The ability to have this cloud based and have access from multiple locations and levels of approval are just what we needed.

Limited user base for the price of the product, expenses when you have to run multiple PO books (different subsidiaries).

Data can be expensive if you are wanting to utilize the attachment feature for every PO.

The web interface also was easy to use and administer. Setting authorization/purchase limits for users was a great function.

We switched from a paper PO system and this has made things much more efficent.

I have not been notified by any of our 20 users of any dislikes that they have regarding the software. Further user analysis would need to be completed to determine any cons.

Great overall experience, easy to use system which allows staff to lodge PO's on the run and office staff to control costs effectively.

For our branch it's simply necessary to not  loose cost control and stay in budget. DPO is really easy to use and has many individual features.

The ease of setup with intuitive user interface was the best part of DPO. We were able to setup the system for creating Purchase Orders for our Engineers in a very short period of time.

A bit rough at first but all turned out great. After the crew got it it was GREAT.

Minor customization by the developer were fast end helped a lot to make it our own. We did not integrate it to our accounting system as the number of Pos we issue would not justify the cost.

DPO is in an incredibly intuitive tool making it super easy to deploy. It accommodates a generous variety of scenarios and the overall aesthetic is great.

This is a reliable platform that is simple for our teachers, coaches, and other school personnel to use to track purchases and make sure we have receipts and appropriate information.

With the tool you can not only see the amount of money and the supplier for the wanted order, but aswell see the approval workflow and structure it by department or budget.

We have had a great experience with DPO. The software has recently introduced many new great features.

The immediate responses to any issues I was unfamiliar with or questions I had  were always answered very quick. I'm glad the rep kept checking in and giving me time to try Freightview.

Get both emails and updates on quotes online. It can get a little confusing if you have a few quotes going on at the same time.

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

A lot of those future development plans line up with what we would need in the future as well. The software itself was very easy to integrate and roll out.

This birdseye view gives us the ability to rapidly choose our freight carrier for a shipment or provide shipping choices to our customers.

I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.

I really like the ease of access and user friendly website layout. Navigating the web page is very easy and makes my job a bit easier and faster.

Integration with shipping programs would be great. Creating a program you can install that has a backup system for generating BOLs if the quoting system or internet is down.

The customer services team at FV has been great as well.

Ease of use and simplicity. Having rating and booking in one platform saves time and money.

Inability to connect via EDI, which limits functionality, such as invoice audit with many carriers.

Overall it is an excellent software for supply chain and procurement teams that need to stay on top of the process and tasks.

Very user friendly and time saving. The ability to enter a shipments information once and access rates for multiple carriers is a huge time saver.

Pricing is on the higher side comparing to other service providers, instead of prices based on shipments, we can have monthly flat charges.

There were too many missed shipments and too many extra steps to take if there were issues with a delivery that made this product ineffective.

API is straight forward to allow for integration with existing systems. Will allow us to better tracking costs and shipments.

Overall, I kind of liked Freightview, although, I feel like it shouldn't hide so much of its useful functionality in the UI.
