La herramienta es fácil de usar, es bastante intuitiva. A la hora de cargar la información, que todo sea a través de Excel lo hace más sencillo.

Cons:

Nos costó mucho al principio entendernos. Sé que tenemos una lógica difícil y que entender nuestras necesidades fue difícil y nos faltaron personas dedicadas a nuestro proyecto.

Que la gente puede ver por donde va su pedido al igual que nosotros ya sea 15-20 min o 2 km antes de que le entreguen.

Cons:

Podría ser más amigable la app. Me gustaría que no se tuviera que meter todo a un Excel y que incluso tú como usuario puedas bajar la app y ver cómo va tu pedido por ese medio.

En general valoro positivamente el camino recorrido por las dos empresas en este proyecto. Sabemos tambien de las complicaciones de coordinarse con otros equipos como el de nuestro ERP y por eso valoro principalmente la puesta apunto y el arranque ya que hace un año que estamos trabajando ya sin modificaciones a falta de pulir los detalles comentados durante esta proxima temporada baja. Valoramos positivamente tambien el trato humano con el equipo de Driv.in principalmente con Amalia aunque a veces en temporada le hagamos poco caso.

En el Grupo Sastre nos ha servido como una herramienta para dar un salto en materia de logistica, tanto en procesos internos a traves de la integración a nuestro ERP como de cara a nuestros clientes en nuestro interés en mejorar siempre el servicio que prestamos.

Cons:

Principalmente son detalles menores que tal como lo tenemos en nuestra operativa nos faltarian pulir, algunas cosas por parte nuestra como seria por ejemplo el uso correcto de los horarios de entrega a clientes que en segun que casos no lo tenemos correcto y otras por parte de Driv.in de las que solo se me ocurre que cuando tienes una ruta optimizada y hacemos un cambio de secuencia manual, la mayoria de veces queda la pagina colgada y necesitamos actualizarla, a la segunda siempre funciona sin problemas y el cambio de secuencia se lleva a cabo en un par de segundos

En general ha sido bastante buena. Aporta bastantes datos para sacar conclusiones y mejorar la productividad, y, también, resulta útil para seguir el estado de la ruta, ya que es inmediato. Faltaría definir un poco mas la app del móvil para que no de fallos, y arreglar un par de puntos ya comentados de la web.

Pros:

La facilidad del manejo de la aplicación y toda la cantidad de datos que se pueden obtener con rapidez, del estado de las rutas.

Cons:

A veces da error a la hora de subir las ordenes de compra, hay que reiniciar varias veces la web para que termine subiéndolas. Una vez las ordenes las coge un plan, si quieres hacer otro porque no carga el plan o se queda pillado, hay que duplicar el plan para poder coger las ordenes, si se elimina el plan, aunque debería de también eliminar las órdenes cogidas, no es así. También, suele dar problemas con algunas órdenes a los chofers, detecta que esta en el sitio de entrega del cliente, pero les da error de distancia. Otras veces no les deja iniciar el plan, aunque esta todo correcto en la web.
