Mi valoración es muy buena. El trato de los profesionales es de 10. Respecto al software, creo que aún hay margen de mejora. Considero clave disponer de una excelente experiencia de usuario (UX) para repartidores y planificadores, sin olvidar al resto de perfiles. Veo oportunidades para hacerlo más fácil e intuitivo para el usuario, manteniendo al mismo tiempo un alto nivel de calidad. Estoy seguro de que, trabajando juntos, seguiremos creciendo y mejorando

Capacidad para modificar órdenes en ruta, permitiendo reasignar cargas o reoptimizar recorridos ante incidencias como averías, retrasos o cambios operativos

#### Cons

Considero que se puede mejorar la clusterización, los tiempos de servicio, las ventanas horarias inteligentes y los KPI. También sería muy útil contar con un análisis comparativo de cada planificación (plan vs. real) para evaluar el impacto de las decisiones tomadas y medir la evolución de la operación en el día a día

La facilidad de trato con todo el equipo y la voluntad de mejora e innovación. Sin duda, toda la fase de diseño fue muy intensa y se adaptaron al 100% a nuestras necesidades.

Existe una respuesta excelente e inmediata cuando hay algún problema y nos acercamos al chat, cuenta con reportes para poder seguir la trayectoria de los tripulantes que es esencial

no le veo desventajas, quizás no lo he aprendido a utilizar al 100%, no se si existe la posibilidad de poder ver la dirección de un domicilio cuando existe una para desconocida

Buena. Nos gusta, nos adaptamos. Puede mejorar. Busquemos que en la parte de "monitoreo de flota" existan más filtros por sede por ejemplo.

La optimización de rutas y diferentes formas de optimizar. Ahorra tiempo y recursos. Tambien mano de obra.

No tiene modificación manual de la data optimizada. Debería tener un consolidado resumen por camión de los rechazados que ayude a la liquidación final en almacén.

Es un producto que seguiremos usando, falta que se adapte a las necesidades de cada cliente, hemos solicitado que se adapte pero en la venta lo ideal sería vender el acceso ya con las modificaciones adecuadas.

Que la gente puede ver por donde va su pedido al igual que nosotros ya sea 15-20 min o 2 km antes de que le entreguen.

Podría ser más amigable la app. Me gustaría que no se tuviera que meter todo a un Excel y que incluso tú como usuario puedas bajar la app y ver cómo va tu pedido por ese medio.

Sus ventanas son amigables, fáciles de utilizar; tener reconocimiento a nivel distrital y que este ampliando sus clientes en varios países de América.

1. Que se requiere personas adicionales en el área para poder tener una rápida implementación, tema que no se deja claro en el inicio del proyecto. 2. No deja que los conductores tengan iphone, tema que esta cada día más en tendencia y eso limita el uso de posibles dispositivos a conectarse. 3. Los mapas están con google maps y tenemos clientes que no logran ser detectadas sus ubicaciones con está aplicación, por lo que limita una exacta georeferenciación.

Em geral, a experiencia é a melhor possível, tanto na implementação, suporte operacional e como usuário. A ferramenta atende as necessidades DHL, quando não atende, sempre temos uma solução Driv.in, seja ela existente ou desenvolvimento.

-Time de implementação proativo e aberto a alterações e desenvolvimentos; -Time de Suporte com resposta rápida e time eficiente; -Ambos os times com total conhecimento da ferramenta; -Plataforma completa, garantindo possibilidade de edições de rota, visibilidade do dia-a-dia operacional; -Aplicativo mobile "leve", atende Android e IOS; -API docs aberto a consulta; -Central de duvidas com muitas informações e rápida pesquisa;

Limitação na escolha do algoritmo, é preciso solicitar ao time de desenvolvimento ou suporte quando queremos algum ajuste no algoritmo (não existe caixa de seleção na qual escolhemos outros algoritmo). -Não temos visibilidade dos chamados aberto pela DHL, somente do próprio usuário (caso precisemos tratar de assunto iniciado por outro usuário, é preciso retomar o tema do inicio, caso a tenha tratado via chat). -Caso tenha sido escalado o chamado para time interno da Driv.in, perdemos a visibilidade (em alguns casos, o SLA não é definido), sendo necessário realizar cobranças por e-mail. - A geolocalização da ferramenta, ainda não atende todas as particularidades dos multiclientes DHL, ainda encontramos algumas divergências.
