La facilidad de trato con todo el equipo y la voluntad de mejora e innovación. Sin duda, toda la fase de diseño fue muy intensa y se adaptaron al 100% a nuestras necesidades.

Existe una respuesta excelente e inmediata cuando hay algún problema y nos acercamos al chat, cuenta con reportes para poder seguir la trayectoria de los tripulantes que es esencial

no le veo desventajas, quizás no lo he aprendido a utilizar al 100%, no se si existe la posibilidad de poder ver la dirección de un domicilio cuando existe una para desconocida

Buena. Nos gusta, nos adaptamos. Puede mejorar. Busquemos que en la parte de "monitoreo de flota" existan más filtros por sede por ejemplo.

La optimización de rutas y diferentes formas de optimizar. Ahorra tiempo y recursos. Tambien mano de obra.

No tiene modificación manual de la data optimizada. Debería tener un consolidado resumen por camión de los rechazados que ayude a la liquidación final en almacén.

Es un producto que seguiremos usando, falta que se adapte a las necesidades de cada cliente, hemos solicitado que se adapte pero en la venta lo ideal sería vender el acceso ya con las modificaciones adecuadas.

Actualizaciones que no nos enteramos, modificaciones a la plataforma que no se nos informan, resolución de dudas “buscandole” porque a veces no se sabe cómo y no nos dan respuesta al momento
