Pros/Cons
Pros
- Generally I’m quite pleased with it, it allows me to choose from a range of courier providers and I like that there’s options to choose from to decide what’s the best for my business needs.
- Support is responsive and helpful. I like how it gives me and my customers a choice of who they like to ship with and the costs are displayed upfront without any surprises.
- Easyship is easy to use, reliable and cost effective especially for a new startup like myself. I have been using Easyship for over 3 months and I will definitely recommend them.
Cons
- An Easyship executive finally replied with a very frustrating and useless feedback - this is the risk you have to take since you did not buy insurance.
- The shipments to the U.S. turned out to be even more ridiculous and frustrating.
- The company does a horrible job of supplying correct paperwork, logistics, communication and just getting the shipment to the destination.
Pros
- Integrates damn near universally with many different fulfillment softwares, economical plans and great rates through USPS Commercial Plus pricing, good uptime and autobilling.
- A great shipping software for small business shipping store for all carriers and most cost effective.
- Overall, Endicia is a great company that has saved me much time in not having to run to the post office anymore.
Cons
- A few months ago Endicia integrated with Stamps.com and the problems have been worse than ever. Endicia now runs very slow and continually failure to function.
- Customer service when your account is suspended due to "improper logins?" is terrible and only available mon-Friday, reset options don't work, pass phrases don't work.
- Beginning December 1, 2018 AFTER Endicia merged their platform into Stamps.com, this is now one of the worst mailing products on the market.
