Ability to use sales and forecast order to schedule demand, material requirements, capacity, through put and productivity.

Discount must be applied to long term user. A lot of error in printing.

Also, the connection ability to other apps like my own CRM should be readily available. In this modern IT age, automatic connectivity between different applications is a must.

Overall we've had a GREAT experience with this Software.

Easy to use, great  customer support, very functional, very good price. The setup was really easy to do and the end user interface is very simple to use.

We also like its customized feature of having inventory and sales report based on our requirements.

Once you learn how the program works it is very easy to modify any of the templates in those modules to make it easy to use. The customer support is great as well.

This software is very good, it is very customizable, and has the ability of being on the go. It can be a little robust while setting up but after all the information is ready in the system.

Excellent software, easy to use, complete and designed around the everyday experience of change.

There was a lot of different sections in ecount so it appeared to be hard to navigate and be able to set up and use for a small amount of transactions.

Report customization should not have been limited. No offline version available.

Overall, I find it is a great deal. The technical support is very good.

System occasionally duplicates order #s causing billing problems. Customer service, although helpful have been unable to rectify problem.

The level of integration. This is a true ERP with the data and logic flow to get end-to-end cost  tracking and tie that back to the revenue.

As a eCommerce company with about 40 staffs, we have used other ERP or accounting softwares, including different Quickbooks desktop and online versions. We are now happy with EcountERP after 3 years.

EcountERP is still evolving and more features are added from time to time. We just hope we can learn fast and catch up with the new features, especially the API feature they just introduced recently.

Online ordering for customers has been greatest benefit.

My only complaint is that the email that is sent every morning that is an inventory update, does not send me an update on all of my items that I have in the system for each individual location.

In addition, their prices are affordable for even the smallest of companies. Their software is powerful, option rich and comes with the best of customer service.

Actually, is not the program but the CUSTOMER SERVICE that they have. They are super polite, nice and willing to help.

The customer service is spot on and we have never had an issue getting in touch or having questions answered. Fantastic value for the money - would put 7 stars there if I could.

ECOUNT helps development of customizable financial reports.

It's very user friendly and I also like the reporting features (especially the ability to create new reports).

Integrates with SAP Products and that's why Esker is a great automation system that needs to be considered with companies who wants to automate their finance systems.

The visibility and accountability processes built into the automation. Once live, it will be great to have information in one place.

The program is overwhelming with the amount of functions you get and it is hard to learn how to use it properly.

Our hardware was aging and we needed to implement a loss reduction strategy. By moving to the cloud we have nearly cut our MOB costs in half.

Sometimes it has some technical problems or it was on maintenance and we delayed our daily work.

Esker allowed us to move from 64% of orders submitted electronically to 77. The most impressive part to me is the implementation process and relationships you build with the team.

I love how easy it is to use and teach people to use.

I like the ease of communication with the customers. We send weekly reminders of any accounts with past due invoices and many customers respond.

If we use the sample sheets, we receive missing element errors, use the FFD and receive more/different missing element errors.

At first it looks daunting but with some training is quite easy. Very good customer support.

EskerAP appears to have a great deal of functionality, particularly with 3-way match and setting up autopay. The entire suite most likely gels quite well together.

Use all fields from both documents and receive errors that we are sending fields that do not exist.

Software is easy to use. End users are happy with it.
