If our customer hits "submit" we get the order every time

We have seen steady annual online sales increases for over a decade. In 2020, the C0VID-19 outbreak accelerated that demand. In all that time we have not experienced any downtime with eHungry. If we are open, eHungry is open.

PROS

Built in Redundancy is why we like eHungry software. When an online order is submitted by our customers, an audible voice alerts us that an order has been sent to our printer. A copy is sent to our email. A copy is sent to each manager's personal cell phone via text. We receive and automated phone call alerting our staff that there is an order on the printer. If the order monitor printer should fail, eHungry.com sends us a copy of the order by fax. This gives our staff the confidence that an order has not been missed. Taking this much effort to get the order into the hands of the staff is what we like most about this software

Great site , easy to use on both sides

Very positive , have been with [ Sensitive Content ] from the start and won’t change . They address whatever issues we are having and fix them to their best ability .

PROS

Ease of updating on my own and the ability to ask for help and assistance is very fast and friendly .

CONS

The ordering window and cut offs are quite strange and sometimes makes it hard to select which hours will work .

Ehungry review -Back Alley Bread

Overall, ehungry is the best site we’ve used. We would come back right away if they rounded out their features on the customer end. They have all the features you could want on the administration side.

PROS

Ehungry.com is probably the best website/software out there on the market compared to all other sites we have used. In terms of the back end, it has almost on the features a business owner could want and utilize. Customer support is prompt and very helpful. Other sites such as bbot and bento box response time is very lax and with very little help. Interface is very ease of use on the administrator side. Customer interface is straightforward and easy to use as well.

CONS

Our only issue with ehungry, which forced us to go with another software, unfortunately, is that they are not equipped with a drop down time block for customers at check out. This forced customers to choose their delivery time blindly. This creates frustration amongst our customer base and we lost of substantial amount of business. If ehungry added a time block feature upon checkout and showed availabile time slots to customers, ehungry would be an absolute powerhouse and we would come back in a heartbeat. The Interface for customers could also be a bit more festive and modern.

eHungry is superior in every way!

PROS

We have been using eHungry since 2019 and it became essential during covid restrictions. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and their customer service is next level. Within minutes of sending in an email question, they have responded and made the necessary changes. You will never find customer support like this, especially for the reasonable price.

CONS

There is nothing that eHungry doesn’t do. It would be nice if they had their own cheaper payment processing rather than us using square, but again, not essential and we do have the option of paying in restaurant, we just choose not to give customers that option.

eHungry = the best

AMAZING support. We have been using them for over a decade, and have no plans to change that. We deal with hundreds of professional contacts, and eHungry is 100% the best company to deal with. They get you results ASAP. They eliminate one less problem for running a restaurant. We can rely on their product and service (and we are VERY high volume)

PROS

We have a very large, extensive menu, and they are able to accommodate all of our items, modifiers, pictures, etc and it does what it is supposed to do.

CONS

It is not integrated with our POS, which would be nice, but there would be a lot of issues merging two separate software programs. We are fine with manual entry.

We were one of the first people using online ordering (years and years back), and were lucky to find them.

eHungry is the BEST!!!!

PROS

eHungry is easy for customers and out staff to use. The customer support are very helpful and quickly responses back. My favorite features are the cost and integrated POS and delivery app.

eHungry delivers!

Always wanted to start our own website but most option were not affordable. eHungry Delivered on all fronts. Excellent customer service.

PROS

Dependable. User-friendly for our customers. Efficient. I like the integration with our bank for credit card payment processing.

CONS

A little more user friendly on menu changes but staff always willing to do the changes quickly and efficiently.

I can sell more food and organizing the flow of the kitchen better instead of having all the customers at once ordering in person.

PROS

The back end is simple to use and in 5 years we never had a problem with the system.

CONS

will help to have some integration with text marketing maybe, so customers can received text of the food that they like when is the special of the day.

Very Satisfied Customer

People are utilizing online ordering systems more and more and the customer support staff is very efficient in processing any menu changes or pricing issues we have. I'm very pleased with our decision to use ehungry as our online ordering platform.

Customer Service

We began using eHungry a little over a year ago. We switched from our former ordering service because of their limited, or lack of, customer service. We have found eHungry to be very responsive to any questions, problems and concerns. As a small business owner with limited IT skills, this has enabled me to stay focused on the day to day operations of my bakery. Keep up the good work!!!

eHungry -- Great product and great service

PROS

I like the fact that I always hear that my customers love using the app to order their pizzas. I also like the redundancy when orders come in so I know we won't miss an order. (Print, phone call and text)

CONS

There were a couple hurdles to set up my menu; but with trial and error along with great customer service, I really can't complain about the design process.

Amazing and fast customer support. Saw an increase of sales very shortly after using them.

PROS

eHungry is easy to set up and has some of the lowest fees in the industry.

CONS

There are some (and I stress some) areas where they could develop more functionality but there is always a workaround that satisfies me.
