Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that this has a very simple to use software; however, it is very sophisticated in what it can do. The customer service is great as well.
- It is very user friendly , very easy to import from excel and the communication with the support was very good and the answer was immediate.
- More like what do I not like about it. This is the perfect app for managing your business needs in an all-in-one place.
Cons
- For example, when we briefly lost Internet connection, the user is kicked out of the software immediately and lose all the unsaved works.
- Mobile app for packing is not user friendly and it does not let you to Steal inventory. Barcoding system and tracking goods by serial numbers has some flaws and sometimes it does not ask for serials.
- Lack of options regarding integrations for payment processing and shipping API services.
Pros
- It is a brilliant piece of software that has saved me and my staff hours of work, enabling us to be so much more efficient. The design, operation and implementation is so clear and easy to use.
- Overall experience is good, I have trialed 5 other cloud based MRP / ERP systems and found this to be the best combination of value for money, ease of use and functionality.
- Very happy using MRPeasy. It has significantly matured our business processes and has overall been a successful implementation in the business.
Cons
- For me this caused major embarrassment and had a negative impact on my reputation and as such I will not be associated with the software or business again.
- Mathematical errors in calculations. We independently explained to the support service that the rounding in the program was in error.
- No telephone support and this is problematic, as generic solutions are not solving our problem.
