Sin preocupaciones, no tengo que revisar si me sale más barato en otra plataforma, siempre ganan los precios de eship, y sobre todo, si surge un problema, le escribo a mi KAM y listo.

Son precios muy competitivos y tienen un excelente soporte. En mi caso, cuando tengo algun propblema, contacto con mi KAM [contenido sensible oculto] y me ayuda al instante.

#### Cons

Es difícil el contrato para iniciar a trabajar con la plataforma, no es como que pones tu tarjeta y listo. Tienes que firmar, esperar y volver a firmar.

En general el servicio es bueno. En mi opinión, el sistema anterior eShip era más sencillo y funcional.

#### Pros

En mi experiencia la única ventaja de la nueva plataforma de eShip es que indicaba las tarifas de las diferentes empresas. Pero de repente ya no aparecen las tarifas.

#### Cons

En mi experiencia usando eShip, el sistema anterior era más sencillo, si ingresaba los datos de un nuevo domicilio la información se guardaba automáticamente, en el nuevo se pierde si por algún motivo tienes que realizar otra actividad. En varias ocasiones se han perdido paquetes, no le dan seguimiento, por lo tanto, no hay conclusión. Hemos perdido el costo de los productos enviados, así como el costo de las guías. El incremento en tarifas de Estafeta.
