It also has good integration with our corporate cards along with good reports for both analysis and to reconcile to our corporate cards and accounting system.

The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.

In addition, the ability to move from a paper system to completely electronic with an electronic workflow has resulted in huge time and process efficiencies for our company.

Overall our experience with ExpensePoint was great. The implementation and training made everything simple for the administration team and the users.

I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.

Our users like the software and the mobile app, and reports are much more detailed and provide documentation that we can save electronically, instead of files and files of paper reports and receipts.

The software is very user friendly and the cost is reasonable.

I must have called everyday when we first got it and the reps were all so patient and helpful. When it all came together it was wonderful.

ExpensePoint Delivers Great Value and Ease of Use.

I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.

The integration with our credit card system is awesome and the system is able to handle our complex code structure.

Managing the user and permissions portal is sometimes a bit confusing, but nothing worthy of a formal complaint.

The customer service has been outstanding - responsiveness, knowledge, caring. It was everything we hoped for when we signed up.

I can quickly and efficiently report receipts and prepare almost immediately send them off to our accountant. It's quick, easy, affordable, and it our accountant love it.

To be honest I wasn't looking to change expense reporting companies but I am so glad that we did. This product is easier and faster for the end user and cost us less each month.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
