### About Extend

Extend is an expense report management software designed to help businesses create virtual cards to process payments and automate reconciliation processes. The platform enables administrators to define budgets, track transactions and monitor spending in real-time.

Managers can set up expiration dates, deactivate or reactivate virtual cards and create reference codes based on general ledger. Extend allows teams to upload invoices and receipts, add notes and assign merchant category code (MCC) to various transactions on a unified interface. Additionally, supervisors can create specific virtual cards and set spending limits to manage miscellaneous expenses.

Extend lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications including QuickBooks, Expensify and American Express. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base and an online contact form.
