  • Pros

  • Ease of use, easy-to-setup, easy to maintain (adding drivers & vehicles & points of interest),easy to teach other to use it.
  • We choose fleet complete because they were affiliate with AT&T wireless who has provided excellent communication service for our company since 2007.
  • Cons

  • Customer service and support and specially no management to see why this case number is issued and nobody fixed the problem from past two months yet.
  • When we first started using Fleet Complete there were regular service outages that were frustrating.

  • The software is perfect for billing customers, sending statements, gathering finacial data for financial reporting.
  • It is very user friendly and layout is very clean and easy to navigate. I like crating working with queries that linked to Sage and this gives you endless options to retrieve needed information.
  • Cons

  • Unable to integrate with other enterprise software solutions. Inability to integrate with out of box web solutions.
  • Some of it's UI can be clunky and difficult to use.
