  • Pros

  • Ease of use, easy-to-setup, easy to maintain (adding drivers & vehicles & points of interest),easy to teach other to use it.
  • We choose fleet complete because they were affiliate with AT&T wireless who has provided excellent communication service for our company since 2007.
  • Cons

  • Customer service and support and specially no management to see why this case number is issued and nobody fixed the problem from past two months yet.
  • When we first started using Fleet Complete there were regular service outages that were frustrating.

  • This software offers a great way to easily get a quote before you ship and choose which carrier you would like to use.
  • It's easy to use, user management is simple, the pricing is good and when we've had problems the customer support has also been good.
  • Cons

  • Can be Awkward editing and switching between sender and delivery addresses.
  • I am unaware of an option to have notifications sent to my email for parcel tracking and delivery.
