  • Pros

  • It has been a very positive experience. The platform works great for our company, and the support staff is super friendly and helpful.
  • I like all of the options it provides, we get great reporting, tracking is much easier, ability to send out spot quotes. It is so easy to rate shop and find the best option for our freight.
  • Very positive, was a great investment for our company, it does exactly what we were looking for.
  • Cons

  • There are not anything i can think of as bad. They are constantly making imporvements.
  • The only negative thing with FP is the software updates sometimes cause bugs in the system.
  • There are limited User/Roll permission settings, you can block a user from a carrier completely, but not specific services, i.e. Next Day Air AM.

  • Excellent reports, automated booking shipments, bol and labels printings are great, savings tab it gives you a good idea of how much you are saving.
  • From one customer service representative to another you have some great people. Very friendly and helpful.
  • This platform gives me the ability to use all of the carriers that I have developed good working relationships with, and pick the best rate and transit time for every shipment.
  • Cons

  • There were too many missed shipments and too many extra steps to take if there were issues with a delivery that made this product ineffective.
  • Inability to connect via EDI, which limits functionality, such as invoice audit with many carriers.
  • Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.
