  • Pros

  • It has been a very positive experience. The platform works great for our company, and the support staff is super friendly and helpful.
  • I like all of the options it provides, we get great reporting, tracking is much easier, ability to send out spot quotes. It is so easy to rate shop and find the best option for our freight.
  • Very positive, was a great investment for our company, it does exactly what we were looking for.
  • Cons

  • There are not anything i can think of as bad. They are constantly making imporvements.
  • The only negative thing with FP is the software updates sometimes cause bugs in the system.
  • There are limited User/Roll permission settings, you can block a user from a carrier completely, but not specific services, i.e. Next Day Air AM.

  • Easy to use, B2C integration, brings great convenience, great pricing and great customer service. Also enables you the option to UPS surepost.
  • Being able to access postage at any time is great and being able to schedule pick up is awesome. I don’t have to leave the house which means more time to focus on other important tasks.
  • I think the best feature is that it's very clear how to proceed and where to find what I need. Also the website's UI and UX is great.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes I get charged a lot for adjustments and don't get enough information, if I know why I'm being charged I can avoid it next time.
  • Sometimes the actual carrier charge is more than quoted and they do not alert you that you have been charged the difference.
  • High adjustment fee will be charged and no any explanation.
