Reasons for choosing Freightview I chose based on the fact that FreightView was rate agnostic and provided the features we needed. Controls can be set for all users in our organization so that saved data for shipments can only be manipulated correctly. Freightview customer support will always answer any questions very quickly. We now have multiple people trained on the system because it's so easy to teach. Management and setup is easy and the price is very reasonable. You should check it out. Cons: I think the main thing that's missing is the ability to handle customer routed shipments (i.e. 3rd Party Billing) through the API. We are anxiously awaiting that feature.
