"I think the main thing that's missing is the ability to handle customer routed shipments (i.e. 3rd Party Billing) through the API."
"There was an issue one time where our accounting department was getting notified of shipments being scheduled, not sure why the billing email was pulled for shipment notifications, but we removed that email off the account."
