The immediate responses to any issues I was unfamiliar with or questions I had  were always answered very quick. I'm glad the rep kept checking in and giving me time to try Freightview.

I really don't like the fact that if I make a mistake on the first page, it forces me to go back and reenter all of the information again.

Get both emails and updates on quotes online. It can get a little confusing if you have a few quotes going on at the same time.

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

A lot of those future development plans line up with what we would need in the future as well. The software itself was very easy to integrate and roll out.

This birdseye view gives us the ability to rapidly choose our freight carrier for a shipment or provide shipping choices to our customers.

I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.

I really like the ease of access and user friendly website layout. Navigating the web page is very easy and makes my job a bit easier and faster.

Integration with shipping programs would be great. Creating a program you can install that has a backup system for generating BOLs if the quoting system or internet is down.

The customer services team at FV has been great as well.

Ease of use and simplicity. Having rating and booking in one platform saves time and money.

Inability to connect via EDI, which limits functionality, such as invoice audit with many carriers.

Overall it is an excellent software for supply chain and procurement teams that need to stay on top of the process and tasks.

Very user friendly and time saving. The ability to enter a shipments information once and access rates for multiple carriers is a huge time saver.

Pricing is on the higher side comparing to other service providers, instead of prices based on shipments, we can have monthly flat charges.

Absolutely loved being able to compare freight carries to one another and analyze the costs of business with each one.

The dashboard is easy to use. Customer service is great and answers all of my questions quickly.

It can be difficult to see where which expiration date items are.

The only real con is the lack of integrations. I believe they are introducing access to their API shortly.

The only problem I have had have been used fault and support has always helped.

There has often been times we could have avoided a problem with a customer if a quick response happened.

I've been in the direct-to-consumer ecommerce industry for 10 years and ShipBob is the most incompetent and horrible fulfillment service I have ever worked with.

Terrible and slow customer service. Shipbob regularly loses packages.

Worst experience so far: one time we sent inventory with the box labels taped to the box opening. This was our mistake (they should be placed on the side of the box).

ShipBob has taken over 2 weeks to ship some orders out. Customers complain and ShipBob won't do anything about it unless it's been over 30 days and only if customers didn't receive their shipment.

Fatiguing, expensive and a complete drain from focusing on growing our business.

Poor customer service is not a good way to stay in business. Sending out wrong items.

Awesome, perfect to directly get all the insights from the ShipBob dashboard. They made it visible for us that we ship most of our packages mainly on the East- and West Coast.

Missing items in each box sent out. SKU's completely interchanged.

Sometimes the algorithm mistakes shipping costs. You need to watch to see if something is outsized cost.

Not only was the customer service terrible, they absolutely could not figure out how to ship products that are heavy/breakable so they didn't break in transit.

Then, they wanted us to file an individual claim for each of the broken shipments - huge waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - YOU WILL REGRET IT.
