Overall, our experience has been very good. We mainly used Hellotracks to know where our field team and company vehicles were, verify routes and customer visits, and make sure the vehicles were being used correctly. It solved that problem very well and reduced the need to constantly call the team for updates. As our operation evolved, however, we started looking for more flexibility, lower recurring costs and the possibility of integrating tracking with other tools, especially a POS for route sales. Hellotracks is a solid product and very easy to implement, but our needs eventually became broader than location tracking and dispatch. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros The real-time location tracking was the main reason we chose Hellotracks. It gave us very good visibility of our field sales team, routes, stops and company vehicles. It is easy to deploy, easy for the team to use, and we were able to start using it without a complicated implementation. #### Cons For us, the main limitation is the lack of an integrated POS for route sales. We would like our salespeople to track their routes, visit customers, take orders, register sales and payments in the same platform.
