Durch Hivebuy ist ein transparenter Prozessablauf entstanden. Als Nachteil empfinde ich das optisch keine Aktualisierung der Seite nach Bearbeitung (Freigabe) einer Anfrage oder Rechnung stattfindend. Eine Aktualisierung muss immer manuell durchgeführt werden, wenn mehrere Rechnungen zur Bearbeitung vorliegen wird es sehr unübersichtlich.

Die Übersichtlichkeit des Shops und die Möglichkeit externe Shops einbinden zu können. Außerdem sehr praktisch den Bestellungen eigene Bezeichnungen geben zu können. Dies mach die Zuordnung bedeutend einfacher.

Cons:

Gelegentlich klappt die Übertragung des Einkaufwagens aus externen Shops in das System nicht. Außerdem werden die eingestellten Standard Adressen aus den Einstellungen nicht übernommen. Bei jeder Bestellung müssen die Daten angepasst werden, damit die Bestellung nicht in einer anderen Betriebsstätte landet.

Cons:

Dass Hivebuy kein weiteres Fenster (Tab) aufmacht, wenn man z.b. über Hivebuy bei Amazon einkaufen will. Das Problem ist wenn man wieder zurück zu Hivebuy will, dann muss man immer zurück klicken. So könnte man das (Amazon)Fenster einfach schließen und auf dem anderen wäre dann Hivebuy geöffnet.

Die mühsame Suche nach Belegen für bestellte Produkte gehört endlich der Vergangenheit an – alles ist zentral in Hivebuy verfügbar. Dies markiert einen wichtigen Schritt in unserem Digitalisierungsprozess. Besonders praktisch ist die Amazon-Integration, die Bestellungen in einer vertrauten Oberfläche ermöglicht. Auch die Einbindung weiterer Bestellkataloge und Plattformen vereinfacht den Einkaufsprozess erheblich.

Cons:

Einige Nachteile von Hivebuy sind das Fehlen einer mobilen Version sowie die aktuell fehlende Integration mit Tools wie Sevdesk oder Google Chat. Zwar lassen sich bestehende Integrationen in wenigen Minuten einbinden, aber diese Schnittstellen fehlen uns noch.
