Innovating my management process through IM3 shoot.

Once the orders come into iM3 from different marketplaces, I can then have my warehouse and distribution team start to fulfill these customer demands and requirements in order to pick, pack and ship.

Inventory control is much better than we have ever experienced before.

The inventory processes require more time however the accuracy is much better. What I love about the iM3 team is they listen to our needs such that the software continues to be improved and enhanced.

When I compare it to other SCM platforms I’ve used I do find it smoother. The customer service quality and response speed have been great as well.

With this system part tracking and labor tracking is a huge plus. The overall ease of use is the by far the best part.

Cloud based and mobile integration. We are able to access this program from anywhere which affords us a lot of flexibility.

Inventory management section if used correctly will help you.

Being a cloud based solution makes it simple to access on any device with internet. Great customer service and support team.

Also the customer service. The team at iM3 is very responsive and takes care of issues immediately to get our teams the solutions they need.

Very easy to use system with rich functionality and outstanding customer support.

I like being able to add employees to different jobs, as well as add tasks to different jobs. Also there is the ability to delete invoices fast if there is an error.

Good communication from development related to upcoming features.

The SRTs needs to be updated. The inconsistency of being able to  use all of the features hurts the software.

The system seems to freeze often, gives errors and takes a while to approve things.

The organization of the software is exceptional, the system is very easy to use and learn most importantly, all of the modules connect with one another.

It allowed us to keep better track of parts we owed to our other locations (service trucks), customers (back ordered parts), parts specifically for jobs or over the counter parts sales.

Integration with our IT department has been easy and the features are user-friendly, but at the same time advanced for record keeping and spending tracking.

The system provides an easy way to keep track of our inventory. Able to transfer inventory from the main warehouse over to our service trucks which is nice.

Great customer support, seamless implementation.

All goals have been met through IM3 SCM implementation. My team is thrilled to be utilizing the system for managing our day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment.

It can be difficult to get implemented to a group of users from older software.

Overall, its way better than what we were using. Using parts on the road now doesn't have a huge delay with getting parts back on the truck.

A far superior product than the system we had been using.

Very pleased with IM3 overall, Great product and excellent customer service to help us through any problems and customize features for our company.

There is also the issue if a model year is added than the equipment code is not added. The overall speed of the application can be delayed at times.

We began transitioning from older software about a year ago,  we forget how far we have come.

In the beginning the weak link in the program was the report generation. By working with IM3 customized reports are being developed as our needs change.

The customization tool is simple and allows you to create stunning templates with little effort.

None of this is unique to the problem they are trying to solve. It's no different than signing a doc with Adobe or some other application.

I like the fact that is does streamline our ability to close sales leads. I see an improvement of over 10.

The best part about Pandadoc is that it's super easy to edit services while filling it out.

Overall, the customer success team has been very responsive, and PandaDoc keeps rolling out new products to improve their offerings.

I can create and or make changes to existing ones. I like that my documents are saved and are simple to search for.

This program is another easy to use Doc program. It's budget friendly and also has free features available.

Great product, great user interface, and a support team that feels more human than others I've worked with in the past.

Functionality is perfect for what we looking to have it do. Easy to set up the documents you need to have signed and on the back end easy for the user to sign and return.

Our Marketing team is thrilled because all of our proposals are customized with CSS to fit our brand objectives. Also, their support team offers outstanding service if/when you need assistance.

I like their plans structure, so that on their free plan I can still get as many e-signatures as possible and also it allows me to ingrate stripe and quickbooks for easy payments.

I don't think of anything major that could be a disturbance or any bad effect of this particular product on my workflow.

Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.

I liked the pricing for PandaDoc and it seemed that it would be a good alternative to higher-priced e-signature products.

Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.

There is a spam problem with the email sent to some customers. I don’t have any other concern with PandaDoc.

Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable.

Pretty standard, decent customer service and good support.

It's very user friendly, making it desirable for novices.

The ease with which to make a quick proposal and connect it to a payment solution like Stripe or PayPal helps me close deals faster, and also receive deposits sooner.

They've been nothing but helpful and am very grateful for that kind of experience. As a business owner it means a lot.

In looking for a software that integrates with our CRM, PandaDoc was the only solution we can find that had a seamless integration for our team.

This all adds upto to time savings. Goes without saying that document signing is fantastic and easy to verify.

If i've ever had an issue (which is rare), the customer support team is incredible - they're so helpful and come back to you so quickly. The software itself is so easy to use and very user friendly.

Love all the integration options and best of all, PandaDoc has a ton of flexibility when it comes to how to handle pricing.

I love how easy it is to create a document that needs to be signed, add payment requirements, and integrate with Stripe.

Also, it offers an easy way to get electronic signatures for documents and agreements. What we like most is the ease of use.

Their modular system is easy to use and navigate, and integrates with Salesforce, to help our team work efficiently in preparing proposals for their open opportunities.

This platform integrates correctly with services like OneDrive. The use of API is highly recommended, for reasons of practicality, recommendable.

The enterprise plan is on-demand quote only, through a useless call with the sale team, and probably very expensive (I did not go through there, not time for useless calls).

What I liked most about PandaDoc is its ease of use and the ability to track my potential customers interest in parts of the proposal.

Our company loves using PandaDoc to impress our clients with great proposals in a fast and effective manner. We will continue to license the product moving forward.

This is a problem for teams that divide work. Example:  team member #1 creates/modifies forms, team member #2 works with signed documents.

Super simple and easy to use. Help close deals quickly with electronic signatures.

Take advantage of it and set up training for people who are new to online signatures. Other than that, the platform is easy to use once you get the training.

There are a lot of advantages when investing in the service.
