Infiplex is a great source for API business needs, while still being affordable

It has always been a pleasure when working with the Infiplex team! If it's in their defined customer line-up, it is a very quick turnover, but they are always willing to start-up a fresh new vendor when applicable.

PROS

Infiplex is versatile, and the developers allow themselves to be flexible for the needs of the customer. There really isn't anything that it is unable to do. Whether it is B2B transactions or inventory, or documents to be sent to your 3PL, they can do it. The developers working with you every step of the way, as efficiently as possible, is my number one takeaway by working with Infiplex!

CONS

When other businesses refuse to utilize API because of them scared of change. This is a much more effective, and reliable, source of document transitioning compared to a lot of other options out there. Namely archaic EDI (though Infiplex is open to sending these documents).

Cabilities and pricing. Infiplex far exceeded the competition, and made it a no brainer to use them.

Reasons for switching to InfiPlex Order Management System (OMS)

EDI is archaic and limited. API opens whole opportunities that one may take advantage from. Plus the pricing structure from month-to-month, document-to-document, is ridiculous. Many EDI providers sit upon their laurels, and aren't suitable to evolve into something more.

Awesome OMS, smooth integration, and great support service!

Infiplex has really helped us with getting all orders out by their expected ship dates. Shipping & Receiving is a breeze.

PROS

This software has made our shipping/receiving process seamless. All channels integrate flawlessly. Any issues or questions are resolved promptly. Does exactly what we wanted and much more. We look forward to growing our company with Infiplex.

CONS

No cons currently! We are patiently waiting the WMS as we have big expectations for this since the OMS has been such a sucess.

Jazva couldn't grow with us. We had to manually import orders and manually update inventory. There software wasn't custom to our needs and their support/customer service was very subpar.

Hi Rijo, as we discussed via email AND on the phone, the feature you are wanting to integrate with in Magento 2 is new and not fully implemented in Magento. Per their own documentation, Magento should be placing a hold on inventory for orders coming through to their system, but they don't with the direct order create API call. It is a new feature and we cannot control how well it works on the Magento 2 side. Magento will need to address that bug in their software and fix the issue. Users who read this, hopefully you understand that we cannot fix issues with other platforms and I am sorry that Rijo felt it necessary to give such a bad review for a bug that is a Magento 2 issue.

Outstanding Multi-Platform Order Management System

Excellent. Highly recommend it. [sensitive content hidden] and his team are very helpful and responsive to questions. Software is very cost effective when compared to competitors.

PROS

Very easy to use and setup. User interface is straightforward. They provide great features that competitors don't have like "SKU Groups" that is very helpful for Walmart. Very responsive to support questions. Offer cost effective customization programs and integrations.

CONS

Nothing. Love everything about it. They are even adding new marketplaces all the time.

Infiplex has been an amazing app that pulls in orders from several marketplaces! EXCELLENT!

PROS

I love that I can pull in orders from several marketplaces all with one easy to use app. PLUS, Infiplex is the only partner that is integrated with Groupon Stores. I have searched everywhere and I promise that this is true! It supports popular marketplaces, such as etsy, ebay, amazon, groupon, walmart, jet, tanga and a ton more. Infiplex also offers custom solutions for a very inexpensive set up fee for a marketplace that doesn't exist in the app. We added in Hollar, and it pulls orders in seamlessly. Couldn't be happier!

CONS

Sometimes the app doesn't pull in a few orders from groupon, but it's worth having none-the-less. This may be more of a Groupon issue than an issue with Infiplex however. We would also love to see the ability to add products and change pricing to different marketplaces, which I am certain will be a feature within the coming months, from what I hear from.

Hi James, We have added some new options to pull past orders from your Groupon Store in case a few don't come through, as you mentioned. Look for the get order buttons to pull old orders in the Sell On > Groupon page. There you will see the "Request Current Orders" (today's orders) and the "Request Old Orders" (past 5 days) buttons. This will allow you to pull any missing orders due to any sporadic issue with Groupon's download orders function. Thanks, InfiPlex Support
