User interface on the desktop version is very clear and easy to use. Showroom access helps efficiency. #### Cons Having to pay for increments of 5 user subscriptions at a time. Meaning that one person needing to be added will cost you adding 5, leaving 4 licenses unused. Showroom needs an "add to cart" button. Currently, you just increase the quantity, which works fine, it just confuses people new to the process until they get the hang of it. It also leads to people adding things to their cart that they did not mean to add. #### Reasons for switching to inFlow Inventory WASP was not able to record our job numbers to transaction and still be able reports by that field. #### Vendor response Thanks, Louis! Very happy with the product, since we are in the food industry lot code tracking is a huge priority. The way we work around not having this feature built in is that we have lot based inventory. The price point makes it easy to start using and you can add modules as needed for nominal extra cost. There are simple .csv uploads and downloads to help every day with placing a lot of orders or uploading BOMs. #### Cons As a company grows, it can be limiting. The audit trail for changes that are made to PO's, work orders, etc, is pretty basic and limited to a name and date. You have to figure out what changed by comparing versions. There are a lot of other programs, but only a few with all these functionalyties in 1 programm #### Cons in the beginning we had problems, by picking the goods they forgot to also ship the goods.... in my inventory reports the goods only left after i shipped the orders. I would love it if there would be a link in the programm to a tutorial page.... if you have questions or doubts...that you can look it up easely. I think there are to low limits on orders per month and users...the programm will be expensive for us! The design is clean and makes it fairly easy to find what you're looking for. Although it took me a little bit to figure out, I did like the way that parts were able to be "canned" into a finished good. This made overall organization of the inventory easy. I also liked the variety and customization of the labels generated with inFlow. It could fit anyone's needs in that arena. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the person who demo'd the product to me. I can only imagine how helpful the other support members are. #### Cons My bosses really prefer a very very detailed invoice, and they had a difficult time making that happen. This program is so very easy to use. However, the price doesn’t include some features that we really wish that it would. The fact that you can either have cloud-based or device-based is not a good thing, especially when it’s something so important. If we had an internet outage, we couldn’t use it. If we wanted to be able to use it without internet, we lose the app compatibility. It is so easy to use and even easier to teach others how to use it. I also like that I can get reports on how many items we’ve sold and to whom. The apps have come in handy so often, because when we did an inventory check, we were able to go around using the mobile app rather than having to go back and forth between the computer and the shelves. This app made life a lot easier, and support was so helpful during the few times we had issues. #### Cons It’s a tad pricey. In order to get the mobile app, you have to pay. This includes permission for two people to use the program. However, this includes support, which is definitely worth it. We would prefer to also have the option to have the inventory stored on our devices rather than just in the cloud, but if we changed to the inFlow On-Premise, we would lose our mobile device compatibility. It captures almost all of our business scenarios. It is really comprehensive vs all other software that we evaluated. I would say that this is the top inventory software in its class, before the big ERPs. Also, their recent strategy to move to cloud with integration to popular platforms has made the software more relevant, and made our business easier to operate. Finally, the customer service is really great. They do interact with all users closely and they listen to product improvement suggestions. #### Cons 1) it would really really be a big productivity boost to be able to create sales order, review customer receivables/orders, and stock transfers in the mobile app or at least in the web app #### Vendor response Hey Mark, Thanks for the great review!
