Pros/Cons
Pros
- I'm impressed with how quickly they can catch on to it. Any time I've called for help with updates or any other problems, the support has been awesome.
- Inflow offers a solid and reliable inventory management solution with a good balance of features and ease of use. For my small business it works incredibly well.
- Thank you very much for give us this outstanding software to improve our business operation and cost saving strategies. Good work team, keep it going.
Cons
- The only major downside to the desktop version of inFlow was its inability to integrate with an accounting program.
- It should also be possible to delete items that are no longer needed (e.g. that have been deactivated) or that were created in error.
- The fact that a planned delivery several months out already shows items as being unavailable now is irritating, and not having visibility over what is to come is a big drawback.
Pros
- Found Sap Erp to be of great value ,found it to be of great flexibility and very good use overall.
- Ease of use rating most impressive. Very user-friendly product, and customer support is great.
- Reporting is one of the sweet performance, millions of records can be extracted in short term. Like ageing report & Financial logs management is great at its best.
Cons
- Hard to learn, difficult to use, looks horrible, but now its online.
- I cannot say enough about the horrible experiences this has brought upon our company. We are a worldwide company and had used the older SAP for years.
- Integration is often misunderstood. Having all the information available in real time immediately after inputting a transaction is key to understanding the current status of the business.
