Pros/Cons
Pros
- I'm impressed with how quickly they can catch on to it. Any time I've called for help with updates or any other problems, the support has been awesome.
- Inflow offers a solid and reliable inventory management solution with a good balance of features and ease of use. For my small business it works incredibly well.
- Thank you very much for give us this outstanding software to improve our business operation and cost saving strategies. Good work team, keep it going.
Cons
- The only major downside to the desktop version of inFlow was its inability to integrate with an accounting program.
- It should also be possible to delete items that are no longer needed (e.g. that have been deactivated) or that were created in error.
- The fact that a planned delivery several months out already shows items as being unavailable now is irritating, and not having visibility over what is to come is a big drawback.
Pros
- The automated order processing is what I like the best. I like knowing that my orders from all my sales channels are getting fulfilled.
- They are focused on building features that help you sell more. And in the 2 years we have been using the Skubana software it has gotten better with the new features they have released.
- For a company using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) using multi sale channels, Skubana is a perfect solution. The support staff of Skubana is helpful and they will walk you through the setup process.
Cons
- Disappointed" is the understatement of the year for us in describing our experience.
- Sometimes small shipping details get lost in the fray, as well as the PO system taking a while to get down right.
- Lack of control on our shipping labels and packing slips.
