They understand their user base, and have created many custom solutions for us and other clients. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: Xcelerator is a solid, feature rich product with good flexibility, reporting and package level tracking options. So many areas to learn about and use to support logistics/warehousing/distribution activities. Alerts, automatic schedules, GPS tracking of drivers. Cons: Lack of a solid customer experience module. Something that can categorize and search on exceptions that are attached to orders. There is a place for notes, and even memos, but neither of these are searchable.
