Here recently, it has been the lack of expertise on the front-lines (although I understand several key individuals recently left the company).

With Latitude some of the technologies we have implemented include, paperless warehouse, customer compliance labeling/EDI and integration with smart conveyors.

Added to that and other pro is the shipping system that we added after a few years to replace Clippership. It provided a large cost savings and also improved speed and ease of use.

Some things aren't intuitive, support site needs to work with modern browsers (rather than IE).

Fun, continuously learning new features, great people to work with.

Great WMS system bringing significant enhancement to our operations.

Their software easily keeps track of thousands of items and also integrates with our shipping system and our ERP (Business One).

I do not have many problems with this software. Most the problems that arose were the problems with the ERP system interfacing with the Latitude system.

It is hard to fully integrate with the Epicor Eclipse host system.

Keep an open mind, and recognize opportunities to change or tweak your procedures as you understand the software's capabilities. Change is a good thing sometimes.

I like the elegance of the software design, the sheer amount of useful components within the WMS and the fantastic, creative, and attentive support team.

I really appreciate how Pathguide support is always available to assist with any issues we have. The software is highly customizable and integrates with our ERP which is SAP Business One.

I like the overall functionality of Latitude WMS and it is user friendly.

Latitude WMS has proven to be our best technology investment.

I like that I can add notes to the customer within WMS that transfers to the BOL for the carrier. The functionality of the route/stop is great for sorting orders.

It is very helpful for those who are in the warehouse business. Its having almost every feature a warehouse management system requires.

For the most part  - it does what it is designed to do - if not the Pathguide team is there to help. You have a strong support team who listens to it's customers.

Easy user interfaces, simple for daily use, good tracking, there are many metrics that can be used for reporting/tracking.

The system's unbridled flexibility also means somethings can frustratingly vague. But these are minor complaints.

If I had to name an issue, it would be the lack of a suspend/cancel feature for night jobs which exceed the non-production hours.

While we do feel the software drastically reduced out errors, the anticipated cost savings is harder to see.

The system is very well built and designed an the customer support was superb.

It has great pros that have been continually improved upon like Physical Inventory, scanning efficiency,  flexibility, inventory control and a great support staff.

It is easy to use, and the vendor is very proactive in enhancements.

Not enough experience to rate or state Cons - I am not that involved in the day to day operation so to discuss cons is difficult.

Outstanding WMS Product for Reasonable price and Excellent Service.

Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality,  poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.

There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.
