Pros/Cons
Pros
- We liked the intelligent order clubbing and it really helped us with scheduling the orders in the most optimal way to improve efficiency. We use it for transferring of stocks between hubs.
- Its a great software , service is amazing , extremely quick response from Locus Team.
- Overall Locus was the best logistics partner to manage route plan and very supportive compared by other provider from india.
Cons
- So far I have not find any feature that I dislike.
- Some times it shows wrong in address for same society name.
- There are many configurations, sometime it hard to tech to the transporter admin.
Pros
- Almost seamless in operation with great support from the support staff. The PDF logs are great for tax reporting and everything I need is available while driving.
- I have found KeepTruckin to be the best overall. Its ease of use and the information it provides makes it an excellent choice for any company.
- I was so happy when we started using KeepTruckin and I am confident that it will only get better as we start to integrate more of its features into our business practices.
Cons
- The problems we faced were similar to any other driver. HOS problems, keeping track of freight , maintenance on the vehicles.
- Drawing reports can be complicated and clunky. In particular selecting date values is irritating.
- This company is being very unfair to their clients. We end up buying two systems (ELDs) for same truck just because of their system limitations and they will not refund for the extra system.
