It helps managing our orders and inventory by digitalized way. By fetching orders from Shopify, Amazon and WooCommerce automatically, logi-cloud centralized all the orders which make it easier for us to manage the stock level. Equiped with recommended barcode scanner, we successully achieve 100% pick and pack accuracy and no more complains on wrong items or wrong quantity. Cons: I think it is still not perfect at this stage, however I can see the improvements after continuous system enhancements and several new features added in last couple weeks.
